Melissa Henley, Senior Director of Customer Experience, Laserfiche.
While her title is “Senior Director of Customer Experience,” Melissa is a thought leader, speaker, writer and brand ambassador who is driven by her passion for helping customers change the world with technology. She’s an energetic, upbeat communications leader with diverse experience in private, public and higher education sectors. Melissa relies on over 20 years of experience in branding, communications and customer experience to build and lead high-performing teams – and drive strong relationships across marketing, sales and technical teams.
As a marketer, customers are at the heart of all Melissa does, and her passion is around connecting people to content that can have a genuine positive impact on their lives. Melissa has presented at conferences, chapter meetings and webinars for a wide variety of organizations including the International Institute for Municipal Clerks (IIMC), ARMA International and Wonder Women Tech. She is a graduate of Mills College, in Oakland, CA, where she studied political science and women’s studies. Outside of the office, she enjoys distance running, hiking, Orangetheory and knitting. She regularly tries to enjoy yoga and fails miserably. Melissa lives in Long Beach, CA, where she enjoys running the Long Beach Half Marathon every October.
