Skills Old and New: Use Your RIM Skills to Build a Career in IG – With the concept of IG starting to take hold in organizations, how do you position yourself as a key IG player? How do you position your staff as IG players if you are at the end of your career? Andrew will cover some of the skills RIM professionals used to build successful RIM programs, and what skills are or may be required in the future to build successful IG programs. Agenda topics that will be covered is a basic overview of IG, traditional skills, new skills, future skills, and setting a plan for success.

The Alphabet Soup of RIM Certifications – Ever wonder what certifications to pursue? Are you considering going back to college or sending your staff to college, but you are unsure on what programs to consider? Andrew will explore relevant and popular IG certifications such as CRM, IGP, CIP, CEDS, and others. He will explore details about acquiring the certification and their difficulty level. Further, Andrew will discuss college programs that exist for RIM professionals such as San Jose State University, Wayne State University, and Louisiana State University. Andrew will also cover the important topic of accreditation and provide what other professionals say about specific certifications.
