The ARMA Sierra Nevada Chapter invites you to join us November 18 at 1:30pm PST to hear from our guest speaker, Sheila Lichius-III, Police Services Manager of Sparks Police Department as she shares some of the challenges faced surrounding the use of body worn cameras from a records perspective. 

Our meeting room will open at 1:15pm to allow time for networking and our presentation will begin promptly at 1:30. Please feel free to share this meeting invitation.

About our Guest Speaker: Sheila is responsible for the Records Division, which includes Police Assistants (Front Desk Personnel), ID Unit (Civil division, Sex Offender Registration, etc.), Detective Support Staff, Terminal Agency Coordinator (liaison between State/FBI), and police records.  In her almost 21-year tenure with Sparks Police Department, her experience has included work in Records/ID, serving as the Terminal Agency Coordinator – liaison between the FBI, State of Nevada, and Sparks PD, as Police Records Supervisor, and she now serves as the Police Services Manager.
